I would go so far as describing Govsphere as the epitome of a team player. They clearly always worked to gain consensus, were collaborative, and respectful of everyone involved in our program. This ranged from very senior military officers to the most junior enlisted military member. They worked with other contract staff, government civilians, our other mission partners alike, equally well. They were clearly considered a very valuable member of our Guard team.
The overall quality of service received from Govsphere was exceptional. They clearly made every effort to not only meet but to exceed our expectations. Our experience in dealing with Govsphere was one which was very professional and the company leadership always ensured their staff was well qualified for their assigned responsibilities.
Our experience with Govsphere was very positive. They are an exceptional partner for any IT endeavor and always acted with the utmost of respect, courtesy, and professionalism. They were incredibly flexible and supportive of any request and always helped find a way to succeed. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. We’d consider any agency contracting with Govsphere to be at very low risk of unsuccessful performance. I worked with Govsphere for many years, and there was never any experience or observation which would give me a moment’s concern for their performance risk.
The technology and database are very user-friendly and reliable and have exceeded our expectations. Govsphere provided detailed project plans and met all deadlines accordingly. Govsphere listened to our suggestions and was able to come up with accurate solutions and recommendations based on our needs. We have found the entire staff to be highly trained and knowledgeable.
One of Govsphere’s most impressive and valuable traits was their flexibility. Regardless of the curve that might be thrown from our user community and senior stakeholders, Govsphere was always willing and able to adjust to changes. Given our user base, across the entire National Guard as well as our mission partners like DHS, US NORTHCOM, and DHS, the changes and redirections were considerably frequent. Govsphere willingly provides support under our emergency situation events which frequently required long hours, evening, and weekend support. There was never any resistance or complaint. I cannot recall a single instance when Govsphere was late in providing any delivery or support required or requested under our contract. They were particularly good at advising us with regard to optimal fiscal concerns in the acquisition of required equipment, software, and hardware.
I have so many positive memories of Govsphere’s dedication and hard work. I’ll never forget your talent and professionalism, not to mention your courtesy and steadfast support of our program even when the timing of our contractual payments to you were uncertain and sporadic. In spite of the Bureaucratic quagmire and delays created by sequestration, you stood by us through thick and thin and continued to stand by us.
The quality of service received from Govsphere regardless of the area of support was exceptional. They clearly made every effort to not only meet but to exceed our expectations. Our experience in dealing with Govsphere was one which was very professional and the company leadership always ensured the support staff was well qualified for their assigned responsibilities. Govsphere did not use subcontractors in support of our program.
The team at Govsphere, Inc. has been a pleasure to work with. They have far exceeded our expectations for the type of high touch, remote patient monitoring our organization was looking to provide to our patients. They have been able to scale quickly based on our needs and have gone above and beyond to make sure our staff was knowledgeable and comfortable using the technology provided.
Govsphere has provided project management, software maintenance and support, marketing, training, client services, consulting, and a myriad of other program support activities for the National Guard’s Joint Information Exchange Environment (JIEE) web application. They were brought onboard to assist with the program very early in the system development to effectively save a wayward program. Without their technical expertise, program management, and guidance, this huge Guard program likely would have failed. Specifically, Govsphere coordinated with the National Guard Bureau Joint staff at our headquarters and across the 54 states, territories, and the District of Columbia Guard Emergency Response Headquarters where JIEE was needed and used in support of our Domestic Operations (DOMOPS) mission to support any emergency where the Guard is called to support local authorities. Govsphere was instrumental in defining system requirements, system design, software design, and development, and were particularly relied upon in support of Information Assurance (IA) activities with regard to the system.
