A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Mr. Mazevski has successfully managed government projects for the U.S. Department of Defense, the National Guard Bureau, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Mazevski possesses a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science, a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and a Masters Degree in Public Administration (MPA) with a concentration in Technology and Information Management from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
Dr. Lelic is a Director with more than 30 years of experience holding various technical, management, as well as research and teaching positions during the course of his career. Dr. Lelic has led the development of several new products in the areas of energy management, optical communications, and fuel efficiency control and has received numerous patents for his work. Dr. Lelic holds a Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Belgrade and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sarajevo.

Mr. Nisenoff is a Director with more than 25 years of experience managing diverse interdisciplinary teams with a diversified foundation in both technical and leadership roles. His expertise includes the development of applications using third and fourth generation programming languages; data center operations; project and program management; business requirements analysis; vendor selection; strategic and tactical planning. P&L experience within the federal contracting environment. Mr. Nisenoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Boston University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
